Steven Caine has more than 20 years of experience providing audit, accounting and tax services
to clients in the small and middle market, both private and small publicly held companies.
Prior to joining Siegal & Drossner, P.C., Steve was a Director at a National public accounting
firm. His experience includes financial reporting and planning, budgeting, organizing,
tax planning and compliance, administering and supervising all phases of financial and
operational engagement. Industries of experience include manufacturers, distributors,
health care professionals, retailers, software, real estate, non-profit, financial institutions,
employee benefit plans, labor unions, and other management advisory services.
Professional Affiliations: He is a member of the American, New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also licensed in the State of Delaware.
Education: Syracuse University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Temple
University, Master of Science in Taxation.
Personal: Steven resides with his wife and son in Rydal, PA. He is an active member in the
community, sports organizations and charitable organizations.
