Kevin S. Drobnes has been a partner of the firm since January 2001 and has spent the majority of his career with Siegal & Drossner, PC, during which time he has provided auditing, accounting, business consulting and tax services to clients involved in telecommunications, professional services, real estate, franchising, entertainment, and various other industries.

Kevin’s experience includes consulting and advising clients on matters related to financing, financial projections, business organization, business dispositions and accounting systems. Kevin specializes in real estate consulting services including, but not limited to, acquisitions, sales, and tax-free exchanges. Having passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams, Kevin is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Pennsylvania. He is also insurance-licensed in Pennsylvania.

Professional Affiliations: Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
